So in 2014
on the way back from the dentist along the shortcut from Tapovan I saw
this beauty in a shop on the shortcut to Tapovan. She was standing there in a corner of the window, all dusty and forlorn, crying for my attention.
So I took her; and when I take hold of a murti and I cannot put her back I know
this one is for me. (And I for Her.)
I bathed her in
Ganga,
and cleaned her up with toothbrush and lemonjuice.
I rubbed het with ghee and bought her a nice dress.
Here she is sitting next to the dharmachair.
I like the murtis
who will go to the Sacha
Diva murti garden,
to take the atmosphere around
ShantiMayi along. After that she has been in the
Ganesha mandir,
where I do puja at sunset.
Outside it gets dark very fast, and they remain there with their ghee
lamp, glowing in the little light. I am so grateful to be part of this
intimacy once in a while.
